Associate consultant – Manufacturing
Job role :
Associate Consultant will assist the senior consultant in executing multiple consulting projects related to the development and implementation of market research, organization growth transformation, Operation & productivity improvement, and other consulting services Krysalis provides.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting principal/senior consultant with market insights and other data/information to prepare to consult proposals
- Identifying and Collecting data/information on the client’s business environment and marketplace
- Processing data/information, conducting analysis, and preparing reports of findings
- Leverage problem-solving skills and framework to develop a solution
- Documenting developed solutions and preparing a presentation
- Coordinating with a client and senior consultant to implement recommended solutions
- Serving clients for their requirements of reports, solutions, and any other services within decided project scope
- Supporting the client in implementing a recommended solution
- Visiting and working at client location as and when required for project related work
- Managing all project work and maintaining a schedule
- Assisting seniors in other admin and operational work of consulting projects
CTC : Rs. 3 – 6 Lakhs
Preferences :
- MBA with 0-3 years of work experience in market research, management consulting firm, Operation & Productivity Improvement
- Must be aware of the management consulting profession
- Quick learner, Innovative thinker with problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Must be competent with all Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Can work independently and in a team environment
- Practical project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Willing to travel and work in different locations
