Lessons in Organizational Transformation
Dramatic increase in organizational performance requires unlearning and dislodging defective mental models and substituting it with new patterns of behaviour. Our recent 18 month LEAN consultancy work with 12 SME units as part of a cluster programme reinforced this truth. This paper synthesises this learning and provides a model of change management that could be used in similar cluster programmes or in any other organization change initiative.
